Practical answers on design, payment, shipping and support.

Can you help if I haven’t chosen a size or layout?

Yes. Your adviser helps you choose a size and plan the kitchen around your menu, team and budget. You can start with an idea or reference image. We explain working space and equipment access, then show the body length and overall length on your drawings.

Plan your requirements
How much can I customize?

Your trailer can be planned around your kitchen layout, equipment, doors, serving windows, worktops, colours and branding. Your adviser helps turn your preferences into drawings. We review revisions with you before final approval, and explain the cost and timing of any changes requested after approval.

Explore customization
Can you supply equipment for my market?

We help select equipment for your menu and destination. Applicable CE, UL, ETL or NSF records are checked for the specific equipment before order approval. You may also supply your own equipment; we agree dimensions, power loads, connections and installation responsibilities before approving the layout.

Explore equipment options
Can you adapt the utilities to my business?

We plan the electrical supply, plugs and appliance loads around your operating setup, along with water tanks, sinks, hot water and ventilation. Your adviser also reviews any gas, fire-protection, air-conditioning or generator requirements with you, so the systems work with your selected equipment.

What is included in my quote?

Your itemized quote lists the trailer, selected equipment and delivery costs, with included, optional, customer-supplied and excluded items clearly separated. Compare quotes using the same size, equipment list, currency and delivery point.

Understand your quote
How do payments and design approval work?

We accept T/T bank transfer: 50% deposit after you approve the pro forma invoice, then 50% after inspection approval and before shipment. Once the deposit arrives, we send the first design draft within 3 business days. Production starts only after you approve all requirements and the final drawings.

How do CIF and DDP affect my total price?

CIF includes the trailer, ocean freight and insurance to the named port; you arrange import clearance, duties, taxes and onward transport. DDP, where available, includes transport to the agreed destination, import clearance, duties and taxes. Unloading is arranged separately. Your adviser explains destination charges and how size, container sharing and the route affect the quote.

Compare delivery costs
How should I plan my opening date?

Tell your adviser when you hope to open. We review design, your approval, production, ocean transit, clearance and delivery with you. Ocean transit is usually 30–60 days, not the total order time. Allow additional time for local setup, permits and inspections; the exact schedule depends on your build, route and local arrangements.

Plan your delivery timeline
How do I inspect my trailer from overseas?

You receive production updates and a final walkthrough video of your trailer. Your adviser reviews the configuration, finish and agreed functional tests with you, and follows up any corrections before you accept the trailer and pay the balance. In-person or third-party inspection can be discussed in advance.

Can you arrange delivery to my address?

We ship from Qingdao Port, China. Share your destination city or postcode so we can quote port delivery or, where available, delivery to your address. Your quote sets out the route, included costs, customs responsibilities and unloading arrangements.

Explore shipping arrangements
Will you help with registration and operating documents?

Your adviser helps identify the agreed vehicle, layout and equipment documents for your destination. Tell us about any local review requirements early so they can be considered during design. We provide the agreed build and shipping documents; the appointed broker provides applicable import records, and your local authorities decide registration and operating approvals.

Review registration documents
What happens when my trailer arrives?

Your adviser helps confirm the handover plan under your delivery terms. The appointed logistics team handles its agreed clearance and transport tasks; you prepare the receiving site and any unloading assigned to you. Check the trailer and loose parts on receipt, record any damage and contact us for help. The pickup checklist explains the practical steps.

What support do I get after delivery?

Your after-sales group provides operating materials and help with setup, equipment questions and troubleshooting. Send your order reference, equipment model and photos or videos so we can help. We offer a one-year warranty; your written order explains coverage, exclusions, replacement parts, freight and local labour arrangements.

Plan your build
Discussing the build beside a food trailer

Understand your quote

Choose your build scope first: a shell, a fitted trailer or an equipped kitchen. Confirm the body, worktops, sinks, utilities and appliances included in each option.

Compare quotes using the same size, equipment list, currency and delivery point. Ask for included, optional, customer-supplied and excluded items separately, including installation and local charges.

CIF — Your price includes the trailer, ocean freight and insurance to the named port. Import clearance, duties, taxes and onward transport are arranged by you; your quote clarifies destination port charges.

DDP — Where available, your price includes transport to the agreed destination, import clearance, duties and taxes. You arrange unloading unless we agree a separate unloading service.

Your inspection checklist

Review your trailer with your adviser before accepting the completed build. Photos and agreed tests help you check each detail.

  1. Order and vehicle identity

Order reference, VIN/nameplate and four exterior views, matched to your approved configuration.

  2. Exterior and moving parts

Finish, service window, doors, locks and folding counter; show opening and closing.

  3. Chassis and road lights

Wheels, coupling, supports and agreed brake and road-light checks.

  4. Equipment and nameplates

Equipment quantity, model labels, installation and agreed function tests.

  5. Water and drainage

Sinks, tanks, pump, hot water and agreed leak/drainage checks.

  6. Electrical, ventilation and gas

Record the agreed checks by qualified personnel, including ventilation and gas systems where fitted.

Your adviser confirms the final checklist against your order.

VIN & registration documents

For food trailers in the U.S. Use this list to prepare documents with your adviser and customs broker, then confirm the requirements with your local DMV.

  1. VIN number

Match the vehicle identification number on your trailer and documents.

  2. Shipping documents

Bill of lading, packing list, invoice and certificate of origin.

  3. DOT documents

Confirm the applicable vehicle documents with your adviser before ordering.

  4. Customs Entry documents

Collect these after customs clearance from your U.S. customs broker. They record shipment and importer details, declared value and duties.

  5. Duty declaration / payment records

Keep the duty declaration or payment records with your customs documents.

  6. Immediate Delivery documents, if applicable

Collect these only if this procedure was used for your shipment.

Requirements vary by state. Confirm the complete list with your local DMV before applying; customers in other countries should check with their local registration authority.

Ready to receive your trailer

Share this checklist with your forwarder and receiving team before delivery.

  1. Before arrival

Your adviser helps confirm who handles clearance under your CIF or DDP terms. Keep the relevant destination agent, broker or delivery contact and arrival notice together. If you use your own forwarder, agree the factory handover point, loading, packing and document requirements before dispatch.

  2. Confirm the local costs

We clarify what your delivery price covers. Your local team confirms any extra charges, storage and container deadlines, and the unloading appointment before collection.

  3. Plan unloading and collection

The appointed logistics team arranges the collection point, suitable unloading space and, for a full container, empty-container return. We help you confirm any site access or unloading work you need to arrange.

  4. Record the handover

Photograph the container, packaging and trailer as unloading begins. Record any damage and missing items, keep the packaging and contact your sales representative promptly.

  5. Check what needs refitting

Check whether wheels, axles, the tow bar or roof fittings were removed for shipping. Request the relevant instructions and arrange qualified assembly; the actual packing plan determines what needs refitting.

  6. Check before towing

Have a qualified person check the chassis connections, wheels, coupling, brakes and lights against the supplied instructions before towing. Test the kitchen equipment after setup and report issues with photos or videos.

Your adviser can help you check the agreed delivery arrangements.
